  • You can SIGN UP by creating an account on Vagaro

    If you are new to the studio, you will be prompted to create an account with your name and email address. Please make sure to enter all accurate information including your phone number in case we need to reach you in an emergency. After creating your account, select a membership or class pack and then book your spot. Please download the Vagaro app to your phone for a convenient booking experience. We strongly encourage all clients to sign up online + in advance of class!

  • Barre/Pilates Studio: Grip socks are required for all classes in the Barre/Pilates Studio. Bring a pair from home, or purchase a pair from our retail area. Don’t forget to bring your water! Mats are provided for all barre/pilates classes - no need to bring your own.

    Infrared Heated Studio: For classes in the heated studio including any yoga class, HIIT class, and Flow + Sculpt class, clients are required to bring their own mat. If you don’t own a yoga mat, one can be purchased from our retail section. Please bring plenty of water!

    No phones or purses in class please! Help us keep our studio a peaceful place.

  • You can park in our parking lot!

    In case our lot is full, there’s plenty of parking around. There is free street parking on Germantown Pike, and Crescent Ave. Additional municipal parking is located across Germantown Pike, down Crescent ave.

    REYA clients also have express permission to use The Persian Grille Parking lot any time before 11 am.

  • Because we are bending, moving, breathing, and sweating what you chose to wear to class is important. Choose clothing that is comfortable and easy to move in, and that properly covers all private areas of the body. Need a suggestion? We’re happy to provide you with some ideas of what to wear.

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes in advance of class in order to get settled & set up. If you are brand new, have an injury or are pregnant we recommend arriving at least 15 - 20 minutes in advance to get to know our space & and staff.

  • We do not accept late arrivals. Our classes begin right on time. If you are signed up for a class and arrive late, we cannot guarantee your spot. Your spot may be given to someone else on the waitlist who has arrived on time, and you will forfeit your spot.

    1. Download the Vagaro app to your phone.

    2. Make sure you’re logged into your account.

    3. Tap “Profile” in the bottom right corner.

    4. Click your QR Code.

    5. Hold your QR Code up to our iPad and tap check in!

  • We have cubbies available to store any personal items, but we strongly recommend clients leave any valuable personal items at home.

  • If you’re brand new to our style of fitness classes, we recommend reaching out via email at info@reyabarreyoga.com to discuss any concerns you might have.

    Scheduling a private session to get started may be the best option for you, but if you’re ready to start group classes - we recommend taking one of the following to begin:

    1. Fusion Pilates + Barre
    2. Pilates Mat
    3. Slow Flow

  • We are thrilled to offer some of our classes in a state-of-the-art infrared heated studio. Our Infrared heating panels heat the bodies and objects in the room, as opposed to heating the air. Infrared heat feels like the sun on your skin and is a gentle, soothing, and therapeutic heat that promotes relaxation and improved sleep. Infrared heat may help the body:

    1. Boost the Immune System

    An infrared heater generates warm wavelengths that our bodies absorb naturally. This extra heat helps our capillaries expand naturally which increases oxygenation and regeneration of red blood. Both of which are extremely important for detoxifying our major organs. White blood cell numbers are increased by using infrared heating, which boosts our immune system.

    2. Heart Health

    The Mayo Clinic and Journal of the American College of Cardiology also found that intensive use of infrared heating significantly improved blood vessel functionality in patients suffering from diabetes, high cholesterol and who smoked.

    3. Improved Blood Circulation

    Infrared heat dilates capillaries in the body, which greatly improves blood circulation. This means blood supply to muscles is increased when exposed to infrared heat. The improved circulation helps to improve any wounds and muscle pain.

    4. Reduces Joint Pain and Stiffness

    Extensive clinical studies and trials in Japan in the U.S. found that with infrared treatment “much of the stiffness, aches and soreness that comes with aging are reduced”.

    5. Allergy Reduction

    Conventional heating systems utilize convection heating, which is where the air is heated. Hot air will rise to the top of a room (another downside of conventional central heating) and this will dislodge dust and other allergens. This is particularly beneficial for those with breathing difficulties who find hot, dry air aggravating and drying.

  • REYA makes every effort to adhere to our regular class schedule, but sometimes cancellations happen. If we need to cancel a class for any reason (less than 3 people signed up, inclement weather, or any other unexpected circumstance) we will do our best to notify clients at least 1 hour prior.

    You can check our social media for updates, and if registered for a canceled class you’ll receive either a text, email, or phone call notification. Please make sure your contact info is updated and correct in Vagaro.

  • In order to help our clients stay consistent and get into the classes they desire, please refer to our cancellation / no show policy.

    Group Class Cancellation Policy: Clients must cancel their classes at least 6 hours in advance to avoid a penalty. Cancellations must be made online through Vagaro. If canceling within the 6 hour window, you will be considered a late cancellation. Late cancels and no shows will either lose 1 visit from their class package, 4/month, or 8/month membership. Unlimited members will be charged a $15 fee directly to their credit card on file.

    Private Session / Duet / Small Group / Corporate Cancellation Policy: Clients must cancel their session at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a penalty. Cancellations must be made directly with the instructor who is teaching your session via phone or email. If canceling within the 24 hour window, you will be considered a late cancellation and will be charged for the session.

    Workshop Cancellation Policy:
    Clients must cancel their workshop reservation at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a penalty. If canceling within the 24 hour window, you will be considered a late cancellation and will be charged for the Workshop.

  • 60 days written notice is required in order to cancel, pause, or change any membership.

  • To keep our community healthy - if you are feeling sick, have been exposed to COVID-19, or have tested positive for COVID-19, we ask that you please refrain from coming to class until you are well again. We are currently mask optional.

  • We recommend consulting with your doctor before taking our fitness classes if you are pregnant or injured.

    However, we are highly trained in body anatomy and alignment and can help give modifications to make our classes more accessible to anyone working around an injury, or navigating a pregnancy. We recommend sending us an email to info@reyabarreyoga.com with information about your particular situation in advance of coming to class. A private session may go a long way to helping you learn modifications for you to take into our group classes.

  • Yes! Students can join our classes by purchasing our Student Unlimited Membership for $99/month. This membership can only be purchased in-studio and customers must show a valid high school or college student ID. Click here for more details. Seniors can take 15% off of our 10 Class Pack or The Monthly Unlimited Membership. Must purchase in-studio and show a valid driver's license to receive this discount.
